Identifying a New Program Audience
A regional college desired to promote its new online Cyber Security program. They wanted to reach adults with military experience to increase enrollment.
The Challenge
Filling enrollments in new programs is always a challenge. The institution received a grant and new equipment that would set its new Cyber Security program apart from other programs. With only 10 students enrolled it desired to double its enrollment and billable credit hours over the next twelve months. They desired to reach military personnel but weren’t sure how to do it.
The JBellavance Solution
JBellavance Consulting identified National Guard bases in the institution’s home state and a bordering state. We then reviewed base schedules to determine active-duty drill weekends. Using our polygon technology we identified mobile devices during active drill weekends. We then conducted a digital media ad campaign to those mobile devices promoting the new Cyber Security program.
